As Valentine's Day fast approaches, you may be thinking: "What are the cutest vintage-looking eateries in Toronto" and "WHAT ON EARTH AM I GOING TO WEAR ON MY DATE??". I'm here to answer both of those questions in one photoset. Satisfy your craving for milkshakes and moody film photos taken by Toronto photographer Felice Trinidad (@felice.c0m). She followed Jaek (@Jvoils- my real life BF) and I, on a proper old-school date. Remember those?

WANDA'S PIE IN THE SKY// LOVE BOMBERS

You know what they say: "Couples that coordinate.... look good?" I paired the Mouthy Bomber with the Passion Pop vintage-esque wool flares and a matching beret. Relationships are about compromise, so as not to overwhelm Jaek, I let the Heavenly bomber speak for itself; pairing it with a white button down and black denim. 

 

FRAN'S DINER// MILKSHAKES AND MOMENTS

Although things may be heating up in your relationship, Valentine's Day is still smack in the middle of winter! I winterized the Locket Love Ruffle Dress by pairing it with knee-high faux suede boots. To keep Jaek warm, I styled the Locket Love overalls with a classic black hoodie.
 
CHANGEROOM RENDEZ-VOUS
Forget swimming... TAKE HER SHOPPING ON THE FIRST DATE!! I can't decide if Jaek looks like "a" Prince or "the" PRINCE but either way he looks like royalty in the Locket Love jacket and Pants set. As for MOI, I kept things cozy and SIMPLE pairing the Locket Love Skirt with an Alpaca Wool Knit from Systeme de Valeurs.
